Where possible we will endeavour to source all products or merchandise ordered from our suppliers. If an item is unavailable for whatever reason, we will contact you and let you know when we anticipate that the item will become available and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order in part or whether you would like us to cancel your order (in which case we will refund any monies paid by you). You will also be able to split any order on the site.

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from hotchkissfurniture.co.uk. It is our aim to offer both value and quality. 

If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied you have the right to cancel. Distance selling regulations allows for you to cancel the contract known as the '7 day cooling off period'. You do not require a reason to do this. Please contact us within this period to inform us of the cancellation. The cancellation must be in written form, fax or email is acceptable, a phone call is not enough. Please note that if an order is cancelled when an item has already been despatched, no refund can be made for any of the delivery charges incurred.

We cannot refund any personalised item - eg engraved, unless the product is faulty.
Goods must be returned in an unused and resaleable condition including all items in the original sale. We can offer a replacement if required or refund you as soon as possible.

For any cloakrooms products and childrens stools, delivery will take up to 10 days. For any furniture items, it will take up to 12 weeks. Thank you!
