Refund & Returns

We take great pride in ensuring the quality of the products we send out, but if you have a complaint in any way, please contact Thomas at sales@hotchkissoakfurniture.co.uk. We do offer a refund and returns policy under certain circumstances.

Some of our products are one-off or special designs made specifically for a client and are excluded from our refund or return policy. This includes the personalised children’s stools and chairs and any piece of furniture which is unique, such as a special sized sofa or extra tall dining table. Our standard designs are within the policy.

If you would like to return something, you need to notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. It must be unused and in original condition and boxed in the original packaging whenever possible.

The cost of returning the item to us is the liability of the client and the return address is Foston Mill Farm DE65 5AX

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect and once we are satisfied it is eligible, we will refund the cost of the item, less any carriage costs paid on the order.
